What is NetBet Max?
NetBet Max is our reward system that recognises and rewards you for playing at NetBet. The more you play with your own funds, the more Experience Points (XP) you earn. As your XP grows, you advance through 28 levels, each one unlocking a guaranteed Level-Up Prize and, progressively, more valuable ongoing reward streams including Instant Playback, Daily Reload bonuses, Weekly and Monthly Playback, Weekly and Monthly Cashback, and personalised offers
Wait, what is Playback?
Playback is a small percentage of your stake returned to you as bonus funds on qualifying bets — win or lose. Unlike a standard win, it's not conditional on the outcome of the bet; you earn it simply for playing, calculated as a percentage of the amount wagered.
Do I need to sign up for NetBet Max?
No. Enrolment is automatic for all eligible registered NetBet customers. There is nothing to opt-in, your progress begins from your very first real-money bet.
How do I earn XP?
Experience Points ("XP") are awarded when a customer places eligible real-money wagers using their own deposited funds on NetBet products. Wagers placed using bonus funds, free bets, free spins, or any other promotional funds are not eligible to earn XP.

NetBet Max (Ireland) Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("NetBet Max T&Cs") govern participation in NetBet Max, operated by NetBet. By participating in NetBet Max, you agree to be bound by these NetBet Max T&Cs in addition to NetBet's General Terms and Conditions, Bonus Policy, and Privacy Policy (together, "the General Terms").
1.2 In the event of any conflict between these NetBet Max T&Cs and the General Terms, the General Terms shall prevail unless these NetBet Max T&Cs expressly state otherwise.
1.3 NetBet Max is available to registered customers of NetBet who are of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction and whose accounts are active, compliant with the platform's rules, and not subject to restrictions or disciplinary action. Customers who are self-excluded, have closed accounts, or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible to participate.
1.4 NetBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate NetBet Max at any time, subject to reasonable notice where practicable. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or on-site notification. Continued participation after any change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
1.5 NetBet reserves the right to remove a customer from NetBet Max, withhold or void any reward, or reverse any level assignment where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the customer has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.
1.6 All references to times in these NetBet Max T&Cs are to Irish time (Greenwich Mean Time, or Irish Standard Time when in effect).
1.7 References to the "NetBet Max Hub" are to the NetBet Max Hub, accessible to logged-in customers.
2. Enrolment and Eligibility
2.1 Enrolment in NetBet Max is automatic for all eligible registered customers. No separate registration is required.
2.2 Only real-money wagers placed with the customer's own deposited funds count towards Experience Points accumulation. Wagers funded by bonus money, free bets, free spins, or any other promotional credit do not generate Experience Points unless expressly stated.
2.3 NetBet Max is intended for individual customer use only. Account sharing, collusion, or any attempt to manipulate Experience Points accumulation through coordinated activity is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all accrued benefits.
2.4 NetBet may impose market-specific restrictions on the availability or scope of NetBet Max benefits. Customers should refer to applicable market-specific terms or contact Support for details.
3. Experience Points Accumulation and Level Progression
3.1 Experience Points ("XP") are earned by placing eligible real-money wagers using the customer's own deposited funds on NetBet products.
3.2 XP is awarded based on the amount wagered, as follows:
Casino
Slots: €1 wagered = 1 XP
Slingo: €1 wagered = 1 XP
Table Games: €10 wagered = 1 XP
Live Casino: €10 wagered = 1 XP
Video Poker: €10 wagered = 1 XP
Crash, Arcade and Other Games: €10 wagered = 1 XP
Sports
€3 wagered = 1 XP on settled bets placed at odds of 1.20 or greater. Bets settled by Cash Out do not earn XP.
3.3 The XP rate may vary by game type, bet type, or product vertical at NetBet's discretion. NetBet reserves the right to amend XP rates at any time. Any such changes will be reflected in these NetBet Max T&Cs or otherwise communicated where applicable.
3.4 XP is non-transferable, has no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or withdrawn.
3.5 XP is not time-limited and does not expire. NetBet reserves the right to introduce activity requirements with reasonable prior notice.
3.6 NetBet Max comprises 28 levels.
3.7 Each level requires a cumulative XP threshold as set out in the Level Schedule in Schedule 1 of these NetBet Max T&Cs. Level-up occurs automatically when the required XP threshold is reached.
3.8 Once a Level is achieved, it remains valid indefinitely and will not expire or be downgraded. NetBet reserves the right to introduce validity and expiry requirements with reasonable prior notice.
4. Level-Up Prizes
4.1 Upon reaching a new level, the customer is entitled to the Level-Up Prize associated with that level, as set out in Schedule 1. Level 1 (Member) does not carry a Level-Up Prize.
4.2 Level-Up Prizes are credited automatically to the customer's account, unless otherwise specified. Where manual processing is required, prizes will be credited within 72 hours of the level-up event.
4.3 Each Level-Up Prize is awarded once per customer per level. Prizes cannot be claimed retrospectively for levels already reached prior to the customer's enrolment in NetBet Max.
4.4 Level-Up Prize types include Free Spins, Casino Bonuses and Live Casino Vouchers. The specific prize for each level is set out in Schedule 1.
4.5 Players identified as bonus seekers are excluded from participating in NetBet Max. This means they will not earn XP and will not be eligible for any NetBet Max-related rewards, including level-up prizes, playbacks, and cashbacks. For more information on bonus seeker status, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions, points 14.25, 14.26 and 14.5.1.
4.6 Free Spins
4.6.1 Free Spins are credited to the game specified at the time of award, or to a nominated game selected by NetBet at its discretion.
4.6.2 Free Spins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. The spin value of each Free Spin is as stated in Schedule 1 for the relevant level.
4.6.3 The maximum individual stake authorised whilst having an active bonus triggered from Free Spins is €5 per spin on slots. As a result, any attempt to place a higher bonus stake will not be authorised.
4.6.4 Winnings generated from Free Spins are paid as cash. The maximum amount that may be withdrawn from those winnings is the Max Win figure stated for the relevant level in Schedule 1, regardless of total winnings accrued.
4.6.5 Free Spins expire 7 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Any associated winnings expire 7 days after the Free Spins are played unless otherwise stated.
4.7 Casino Bonuses
4.7.1 Casino Bonuses are credited to the customer's bonus balance and are available for use on eligible casino games as designated by NetBet.
4.7.2 Casino Bonuses are subject to a x10 (ten times) wagering requirement, unless a different requirement is expressly stated for a specific level in Schedule 1 (for example, the Level 11 Evolution Live Casino Voucher carries a x1 wagering requirement).
4.7.3 The maximum individual stake authorised whilst having an active bonus triggered from a Level-Up Prize is €5 per spin on slots. As a result, any attempt to place a higher bonus stake will not be authorised.
4.7.4 Casino Bonuses awarded as a Level-Up Prize are subject to a maximum win. The maximum amount that may be withdrawn from the resulting winnings is the Max Win figure stated for the relevant level in Schedule 1, regardless of total winnings accrued.
4.7.5 Casino Bonuses expire 7 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated.
5. Ongoing Reward Streams
In addition to Level-Up Prizes, NetBet Max provides a series of ongoing reward streams that are unlocked progressively as customers advance through levels. The streams are described below.
The value of each ongoing reward is calculated by NetBet using the basis described for that stream. Where a reward is made available, the amount of that reward is displayed to the customer, and the customer may review that amount before choosing whether to claim it. All ongoing rewards are claimed on the NetBet Max Hub. NetBet may update reward rates, thresholds and eligibility criteria from time to time.
5.1 Instant Playback
5.1.1 Instant Playback is a reward that accumulates during an eligible gaming session once the customer reaches a qualifying wagering threshold determined by NetBet.
5.1.2 The qualifying wagering threshold and the Instant Playback amount are determined by NetBet at its sole discretion and vary according to the customer's current level and other promotional criteria.
5.1.3 Instant Playback is available from Level 2 (Bronze) and the applicable rate increases at each level milestone. Instant Playback is awarded in real time upon completion of €100 of cash wagers within each eligible product group. For this purpose there are five eligible product groups: Slots and Slingo; All Other Casino Games; Sports Singles; Sports Bet Builders; and Sports Multiples. Wagering accumulates separately within each group and does not carry across between groups.
5.1.4 Once the qualifying wagering threshold has been reached, Instant Playback accumulates in the customer's Instant Playback Pot and may be claimed on the NetBet Max Hub at any time before it expires.
5.1.5 Any Instant Playback claimed is credited to the customer's cash balance and is immediately available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to these Terms and any applicable account restrictions.
5.1.6 The Instant Playback Pot resets daily. Any unclaimed Instant Playback expires at 5:00am Irish time each day and cannot be recovered once expired. Logged-in customers can view the time remaining before expiry on the NetBet Max Hub.
5.2 Daily Playback
5.2.1 Daily Playback is a personalised daily bonus made available between 13:00 and 14:00 Irish time each day, based on the customer's recent wagering activity.
5.2.2 The Daily Playback amount is calculated by reference to the customer's average daily wagering over the preceding 7 days.
5.2.3 The rate applied to that calculation is determined by NetBet at its sole discretion and varies according to the customer's current level and other promotional criteria.
5.2.4 Daily Playback unlocks at Level 4 (Gold) and the applicable rate increases at each level milestone.
5.2.5 Daily Playback must be claimed on the NetBet Max Hub before it expires. Unless otherwise stated, each Daily Playback offer remains available for 24 hours from the time it is made available. Logged-in customers can view the time remaining before expiry on the NetBet Max Hub. Any unclaimed Daily Playback will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
5.2.6 Any Daily Playback claimed is credited to the customer's cash balance and is immediately available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to these Terms and any applicable account restrictions.
5.3 Daily Cashback
5.3.1 Daily Cashback is a personalised daily bonus made available between 13:00 and 14:00 Irish time each day, based on the customer's recent net losses.
5.3.2 The Daily Cashback amount is calculated by reference to the customer's average net losses over the preceding 7 days.
5.3.3 The rate applied to that calculation is determined by NetBet at its sole discretion and varies according to the customer's current level and other promotional criteria.
5.3.4 Daily Cashback unlocks at Level 4 (Gold) and the applicable rate increases at each level milestone.
5.3.5 Daily Cashback must be claimed on the NetBet Max Hub before it expires. Unless otherwise stated, each Daily Cashback offer remains available for 24 hours from the time it is made available. Logged-in customers can view the time remaining before expiry on the NetBet Max Hub. Any unclaimed Daily Cashback will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
5.3.6 Any Daily Cashback claimed is credited to the customer's cash balance and is immediately available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to these Terms and any applicable account restrictions.

5.4.1 Weekly Playback is calculated on total eligible wagers placed in the previous calendar week (Monday to Sunday).
5.4.2 Weekly Playback is made available every Monday between 13:00 and 14:00 Irish time.
5.4.3 The rate applied to that calculation is determined by NetBet at its sole discretion and varies according to the customer's current level and other promotional criteria.
5.4.4 Weekly Playback unlocks at Level 4 (Gold) and the applicable rate increases with level progression.

5.5 Weekly Cashback
5.5.1 Weekly Cashback is calculated on net losses incurred during the previous calendar week (Monday to Sunday).
5.5.2 Weekly Cashback is made available every Monday between 13:00 and 14:00 Irish time.
5.5.3 The rate applied to that calculation is determined by NetBet at its sole discretion and varies according to the customer's current level and other promotional criteria.
5.5.4 Weekly Cashback unlocks at Level 4 (Gold) and the applicable rate increases with level progression.
5.5.5 Weekly Cashback must be claimed on the NetBet Max Hub before it expires. Unless otherwise stated, each Weekly Cashback offer remains available for 24 hours from the time it is made available. 5.6 Monthly Playback

5.7 Monthly Cashback

5.8 Highest Tier Benefits (Levels 25–28)
5.8.1 Customers who reach the Highest tiers (Levels 25–28) will receive, in addition to all standard reward streams, a Personal Account Manager: a dedicated Account Manager available directly for any request, providing personalised service and proactive account management.
5.8.2 Highest Tier benefits are at-will provisions and may be modified or withdrawn by NetBet at any time where circumstances require, including in response to regulatory requirements or changes in the customer's account status.
6. General Bonus and Reward Terms
6.1 All rewards issued under NetBet Max are subject to NetBet's Bonus Policy and any applicable market-specific bonus terms.
6.2 Rewards credited in error must not be used. If a customer uses a reward that was issued in error, NetBet reserves the right to recover the equivalent amount from the customer's account balance.
6.3 XP and rewards are linked to a single registered account. Customers may hold only one account on the NetBet platform.
6.4 Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted under the terms of those promotions.
6.5 NetBet reserves the right to cap the total value of rewards earned under NetBet Max per customer per period. Where a cap applies, it will be communicated to the customer.
6.6 All reward values stated in NetBet Max are in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified. For customers whose accounts are denominated in a different currency, amounts will be converted at NetBet's prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.
7. Responsible Gambling
7.1 NetBet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. NetBet Max is designed as an entertainment and reward mechanic and should not be used as an incentive to increase wagering beyond what is personally appropriate.
7.2 Customers who have set deposit limits, wagering limits, or time limits on their accounts should be aware that these limits remain in full force and will not be overridden by NetBet Max's mechanics.
7.3 Customers who self-exclude will be immediately removed from NetBet Max and will forfeit any unredeemed rewards at the time of self-exclusion. These rewards will not be reinstated if the self-exclusion is subsequently lifted.
7.4 NetBet may, at its discretion, restrict or remove a customer's access to NetBet Max if it reasonably believes continued participation may be harmful to that customer.
8. Licensing, Governing Law and Complaints
8.1 NetBet is owned and operated by NetBet Enterprises Ltd., Level 5 Office B, The Emporium, C. De Brocktorff Street, Msida MSD 1421, Malta. For customers in Ireland, remote betting services are provided by NetBet Enterprises Ltd., which is licensed and regulated by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) under Remote Betting licence number GRAI-1195-RB-26-0001 in respect of sports betting services. NetBet Enterprises Ltd. is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) under licence no. MGA/B2C/126/2006 in respect of applicable casino/gaming services.
8.2 NetBet Max operates across both product verticals. XP earned on sports betting is earned in connection with services provided under NetBet's GRAI Remote Betting licence. XP earned on casino products, and all Level-Up Prizes and reward streams credited as Free Spins, Casino Bonuses or Live Casino Vouchers, are provided under NetBet's MGA licence.
8.3 These NetBet Max T&Cs are governed by the laws of Malta, together with NetBet's General Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these NetBet Max T&Cs affects any mandatory rights a customer may have under Irish consumer law, or any obligation to which NetBet is subject under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 and any regulations or licence conditions made under it.
8.4 Any complaint relating to NetBet Max should be submitted to NetBet's Customer Support team in the first instance. NetBet will acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and aim to resolve them within 28 days.
8.5 If the complaint is not resolved to the customer's satisfaction, the customer may escalate the matter in accordance with the complaints process set out in NetBet's General Terms and Conditions, including referral to the Malta Gaming Authority where applicable. For complaints relating to remote betting services provided to customers in Ireland, NetBet will handle, record, escalate and report complaints in accordance with Irish law, applicable GRAI requirements and any process notified by GRAI, and will inform affected customers of the applicable Irish complaint route.

1.4 NetBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate NetBet Max at any time, subject to reasonable notice where practicable. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or on-site notification. Continued participation after any change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
1.5 NetBet reserves the right to remove a customer from NetBet Max, withhold or void any reward, or reverse any level assignment where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the customer has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.
1.6 All references to times in these NetBet Max T&Cs are to Irish time (Greenwich Mean Time, or Irish Standard Time when in effect).
1.7 References to the "NetBet Max Hub" are to the NetBet Max Hub, accessible to logged-in customers.
2. Enrolment and Eligibility
2.1 Enrolment in NetBet Max is automatic for all eligible registered customers. No separate registration is required.
2.2 Only real-money wagers placed with the customer's own deposited funds count towards Experience Points accumulation. Wagers funded by bonus money, free bets, free spins, or any other promotional credit do not generate Experience Points unless expressly stated.
2.3 NetBet Max is intended for individual customer use only. Account sharing, collusion, or any attempt to manipulate Experience Points accumulation through coordinated activity is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all accrued benefits.
2.4 NetBet may impose market-specific restrictions on the availability or scope of NetBet Max benefits. Customers should refer to applicable market-specific terms or contact Support for details.
3. Experience Points Accumulation and Level Progression
3.1 Experience Points ("XP") are earned by placing eligible real-money wagers using the customer's own deposited funds on NetBet products.
3.2 XP is awarded based on the amount wagered, as follows:
Casino
Slots: €1 wagered = 1 XP
Slingo: €1 wagered = 1 XP
Table Games: €10 wagered = 1 XP
Live Casino: €10 wagered = 1 XP
Video Poker: €10 wagered = 1 XP
Crash, Arcade and Other Games: €10 wagered = 1 XP
Sports
€3 wagered = 1 XP on settled bets placed at odds of 1.20 or greater. Bets settled by Cash Out do not earn XP.
3.3 The XP rate may vary by game type, bet type, or product vertical at NetBet's discretion. NetBet reserves the right to amend XP rates at any time. Any such changes will be reflected in these NetBet Max T&Cs or otherwise communicated where applicable.
3.4 XP is non-transferable, has no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or withdrawn.
3.5 XP is not time-limited and does not expire. NetBet reserves the right to introduce activity requirements with reasonable prior notice.
3.6 NetBet Max comprises 28 levels.
3.7 Each level requires a cumulative XP threshold as set out in the Level Schedule in Schedule 1 of these NetBet Max T&Cs. Level-up occurs automatically when the required XP threshold is reached.
3.8 Once a Level is achieved, it remains valid indefinitely and will not expire or be downgraded. NetBet reserves the right to introduce validity and expiry requirements with reasonable prior notice.
4. Level-Up Prizes
4.1 Upon reaching a new level, the customer is entitled to the Level-Up Prize associated with that level, as set out in Schedule 1. Level 1 (Member) does not carry a Level-Up Prize.
4.2 Level-Up Prizes are credited automatically to the customer's account, unless otherwise specified. Where manual processing is required, prizes will be credited within 72 hours of the level-up event.
4.3 Each Level-Up Prize is awarded once per customer per level. Prizes cannot be claimed retrospectively for levels already reached prior to the customer's enrolment in NetBet Max.
4.4 Level-Up Prize types include Free Spins, Casino Bonuses and Live Casino Vouchers. The specific prize for each level is set out in Schedule 1.
4.5 Players identified as bonus seekers are excluded from participating in NetBet Max. This means they will not earn XP and will not be eligible for any NetBet Max-related rewards, including level-up prizes, playbacks, and cashbacks. For more information on bonus seeker status, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions, points 14.25, 14.26 and 14.5.1.
4.6 Free Spins
4.6.1 Free Spins are credited to the game specified at the time of award, or to a nominated game selected by NetBet at its discretion.
4.6.2 Free Spins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. The spin value of each Free Spin is as stated in Schedule 1 for the relevant level.
4.6.3 The maximum individual stake authorised whilst having an active bonus triggered from Free Spins is €5 per spin on slots. As a result, any attempt to place a higher bonus stake will not be authorised.
4.6.4 Winnings generated from Free Spins are paid as cash. The maximum amount that may be withdrawn from those winnings is the Max Win figure stated for the relevant level in Schedule 1, regardless of total winnings accrued.
4.6.5 Free Spins expire 7 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Any associated winnings expire 7 days after the Free Spins are played unless otherwise stated.
4.7 Casino Bonuses
4.7.1 Casino Bonuses are credited to the customer's bonus balance and are available for use on eligible casino games as designated by NetBet.
4.7.2 Casino Bonuses are subject to a x10 (ten times) wagering requirement, unless a different requirement is expressly stated for a specific level in Schedule 1 (for example, the Level 11 Evolution Live Casino Voucher carries a x1 wagering requirement).
4.7.3 The maximum individual stake authorised whilst having an active bonus triggered from a Level-Up Prize is €5 per spin on slots. As a result, any attempt to place a higher bonus stake will not be authorised.

5. Ongoing Reward Streams
In addition to Level-Up Prizes, NetBet Max provides a series of ongoing reward streams that are unlocked progressively as customers advance through levels. The streams are described below.
The value of each ongoing reward is calculated by NetBet using the basis described for that stream. Where a reward is made available, the amount of that reward is displayed to the customer, and the customer may review that amount before choosing whether to claim it. All ongoing rewards are claimed on the NetBet Max Hub. NetBet may update reward rates, thresholds and eligibility criteria from time to time.
5.1 Instant Playback
5.1.1 Instant Playback is a reward that accumulates during an eligible gaming session once the customer reaches a qualifying wagering threshold determined by NetBet.
5.1.2 The qualifying wagering threshold and the Instant Playback amount are determined by NetBet at its sole discretion and vary according to the customer's current level and other promotional criteria.
5.1.3 Instant Playback is available from Level 2 (Bronze) and the applicable rate increases at each level milestone. Instant Playback is awarded in real time upon completion of €100 of cash wagers within each eligible product group. For this purpose there are five eligible product groups: Slots and Slingo; All Other Casino Games; Sports Singles; Sports Bet Builders; and Sports Multiples. Wagering accumulates separately within each group and does not carry across between groups.
5.1.4 Once the qualifying wagering threshold has been reached, Instant Playback accumulates in the customer's Instant Playback Pot and may be claimed on the NetBet Max Hub at any time before it expires.
5.1.5 Any Instant Playback claimed is credited to the customer's cash balance and is immediately available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to these Terms and any applicable account restrictions.
5.1.6 The Instant Playback Pot resets daily. Any unclaimed Instant Playback expires at 5:00am Irish time each day and cannot be recovered once expired. Logged-in customers can view the time remaining before expiry on the NetBet Max Hub.
5.2 Daily Playback
5.2.1 Daily Playback is a personalised daily bonus made available between 13:00 and 14:00 Irish time each day, based on the customer's recent wagering activity.
5.2.2 The Daily Playback amount is calculated by reference to the customer's average daily wagering over the preceding 7 days.

5.8 Highest Tier Benefits (Levels 25–28)
5.8.1 Customers who reach the Highest tiers (Levels 25–28) will receive, in addition to all standard reward streams, a Personal Account Manager: a dedicated Account Manager available directly for any request, providing personalised service and proactive account management.
5.8.2 Highest Tier benefits are at-will provisions and may be modified or withdrawn by NetBet at any time where circumstances require, including in response to regulatory requirements or changes in the customer's account status.
6. General Bonus and Reward Terms
6.1 All rewards issued under NetBet Max are subject to NetBet's Bonus Policy and any applicable market-specific bonus terms.
6.2 Rewards credited in error must not be used. If a customer uses a reward that was issued in error, NetBet reserves the right to recover the equivalent amount from the customer's account balance.
6.3 XP and rewards are linked to a single registered account. Customers may hold only one account on the NetBet platform.
6.4 Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted under the terms of those promotions.
6.5 NetBet reserves the right to cap the total value of rewards earned under NetBet Max per customer per period. Where a cap applies, it will be communicated to the customer.
6.6 All reward values stated in NetBet Max are in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified. For customers whose accounts are denominated in a different currency, amounts will be converted at NetBet's prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.
7. Responsible Gambling
7.1 NetBet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. NetBet Max is designed as an entertainment and reward mechanic and should not be used as an incentive to increase wagering beyond what is personally appropriate.
7.2 Customers who have set deposit limits, wagering limits, or time limits on their accounts should be aware that these limits remain in full force and will not be overridden by NetBet Max's mechanics.
7.3 Customers who self-exclude will be immediately removed from NetBet Max and will forfeit any unredeemed rewards at the time of self-exclusion. These rewards will not be reinstated if the self-exclusion is subsequently lifted.
7.4 NetBet may, at its discretion, restrict or remove a customer's access to NetBet Max if it reasonably believes continued participation may be harmful to that customer.
8. Licensing, Governing Law and Complaints
8.1 NetBet is owned and operated by NetBet Enterprises Ltd., Level 5 Office B, The Emporium, C. De Brocktorff Street, Msida MSD 1421, Malta. For customers in Ireland, remote betting services are provided by NetBet Enterprises Ltd., which is licensed and regulated by the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) under Remote Betting licence number GRAI-1195-RB-26-0001 in respect of sports betting services. NetBet Enterprises Ltd. is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) under licence no. MGA/B2C/126/2006 in respect of applicable casino/gaming services.
8.2 NetBet Max operates across both product verticals. XP earned on sports betting is earned in connection with services provided under NetBet's GRAI Remote Betting licence. XP earned on casino products, and all Level-Up Prizes and reward streams credited as Free Spins, Casino Bonuses or Live Casino Vouchers, are provided under NetBet's MGA licence.
8.3 These NetBet Max T&Cs are governed by the laws of Malta, together with NetBet's General Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these NetBet Max T&Cs affects any mandatory rights a customer may have under Irish consumer law, or any obligation to which NetBet is subject under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 and any regulations or licence conditions made under it.
8.4 Any complaint relating to NetBet Max should be submitted to NetBet's Customer Support team in the first instance. NetBet will acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and aim to resolve them within 28 days.
8.5 If the complaint is not resolved to the customer's satisfaction, the customer may escalate the matter in accordance with the complaints process set out in NetBet's General Terms and Conditions, including referral to the Malta Gaming Authority where applicable. For complaints relating to remote betting services provided to customers in Ireland, NetBet will handle, record, escalate and report complaints in accordance with Irish law, applicable GRAI requirements and any process notified by GRAI, and will inform affected customers of the applicable Irish complaint route.
